Y7 2021 Great Aussie Bush Camp Information

All relelvant information regarding the Year 7 2021 Welfare Camp in Week 3 Term 1. 

 

Hi Parents & Carers and Y7 2021,

YEAR 7 WELFARE CAMP 2021

Parents should have received an email from the school in the past few days, below is the information from that email in case anyone has missed it.

Year 7 2021 Students will be attending camp at the Great Aussie Bush Camp, Hawks Nest with selected teachers, school support staff and Peer Group student leaders from Year 10 from Monday 8 February till Wednesday 10 February 2021.

We apologise for the delay in getting out this information, we needed to wait and see what restrictions would be lifted in relation to school camps in 2021. Please note all these documents and all relevant Y7 information can also be found on the HSPA website under DOWNLOADS - forms & notifications - Year 7 2021

PERMISSION NOTE & PACKING LIST

Please find  the Permission Note and packing list for students, click HERE – please complete and return the permission note to school either by email to school on huntperfor-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au  or return with student as soon as possible in 2021.

Packing list is attached as a guide to help.

 

PAYMENTS

Camp costs is $333.00. Payments can be made in advance either in full or by instalments via the school website – link below

Please use Y7 Camp as your reference and Year 7 as your class or year (you do not need to put a ref number)

 

CAMP & WATER ACTIVITIY PERMISSION

All students must complete the Sports/Carnival/Camp permission and medical online form to be able to attend camp & participate in camp activities – please click on the link below. And complete all fields.

If you have already completed this form in regards to the 2021 Swimming Carnival, please disregard this step.

A tip regarding the Microsoft links sent from HSPA – try filling them out on a laptop or desktop if you are having difficulty accessing them. The form does need the access to Office software and we are finding families are having difficulties completing forms on phones and tablets/ipads.

Please do not hesitate to contact the school should you need any further clarification or have any questions in general. SASS staff will be in the school again  on Friday 18/12/2020 and then we will be back on site on Wednesday 27/01/2021 if you need some assistance. Emailing would be the best way to communicate with us.
