The following changes have been made to the 2021 HSC timetable to give students more time to prepare for upcoming HSC exams:
- The oral language exams have been rescheduled to run from 14 August to 18 September.
- The hand in dates for all major projects have been extended by two weeks. The hand in date for Industrial Technology has been extended by four weeks.
- The drama performance exams have been rescheduled to run from 6 to 17 September.
- The dance performance exams have been rescheduled. The new dates are:
9 – 13 August for students outside Greater Sydney
13 – 17 September for students in Greater Sydney. - The written exams have been rescheduled to begin one week later on 19 October.
- HSC results will be released on 17 December.
The music performance exams will continue as scheduled, running from 30 August to 10 September.
We recognise that students and schools across the state are operating under a variety of different circumstances and we will outline a special illness and misadventure process and any other arrangements needed to ensure equity and fairness for all students.
The revised timetables for practical, performance and written exams will be published on the NESA website and in Students Online by this Friday 30 July.
