A fantastic, fun-filled day was had by all of our feisty competitors.
School spirit was evident in bucket loads at this year’s Primary swimming carnival! The creativity and imagination of our fabulous cohort shone brightly as students put their performing arts skills to good use when creating imaginative chants and movement to spur on their peers during races. Our wonderful culture of inclusivity allowed students to feel safe and supported leading to exceptionally high participation in all events. HSPA has some strong contenders for this year’s zone swimming carnival and we wish any attendees all the very best.
Novelty events were made all the more fun this year due to the inventiveness of our new Primary Sports Captains. During their first meeting they brainstormed and created some fun new events that put huge smiles on everyone’s faces.
A special thanks to the Year 9 PASS students for supporting our Primary students and assisting with time keeping and running events.
