2025 Subject Selection

Important dates relating to our subject selection process can be accessed via the HSPA Website/ Events section. As with all key events, these can be synced to your digital calendars.

Of particular note for parents are the following dates in Term 3 2024:

• Week 1 - Years 7 & 8 (2024) Subject Selection Night - Wednesday  - 5pm.
• Week 1 - Year 10  (2024) Subject Selection Night - Wednesday   6:30pm
• Week 3 - Year 8, 9 & 11 (2025) Online Webchoices link emailed and opened - Thursday at 5pm
  
• Week 4  - Year 8, 9 & 11 (2025) Online Webchoices Closed - Thursday at 5pm

Of particular note for 2024 Year 10 students are the following dates in Term 3 2024:

• Week 1, Wed 24/7  - Year 10 Subject Expo 6.30pm-8.00pm (Hall)
• Week 3, Mon 5/8 - Taster Lessons Day 1 (periods 1-5) 
• Week 3, Tues 6/8 - Taster Lessons Day 2 (periods 1-4)
• Week 3, Wed 7/8 - Taster Lessons Day 3 (periods 1-3) 
• Week 3, Wed 7/8 - Subject Selection Interviews 1.15pm - 4.00pm (Library)
• Week 3, Thurs 8/8 - Online subject selection web codes emailed to students. · 
• Week 3, Thurs 8/8 - Subject Selection Online opens at 5.00pm to enter your preferences. Access is via your web code (emailed to students’ DoE email accounts).
• Week 4, Thurs 15/8 - Subject Selection Online closes at 5pm. 
• Week 4, Fri 16/8 - EVET, TAFE, Traineeship & Apprenticeship Applications for Year 11 courses in 2025 to be returned to the Careers Advise
