HSPA School Photos
Photo envelopes handed out to students Wed 6 Feb
When: Friday 15th of February 2019
Where: Hunter Theatre at HSPA
Bring: Each child will still be required to bring their envelope on photo day.
What to wear: FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM IS TO BE WORN. ALL students in Primary to Year 10 to be wearing MINT dress shirts with sleeves rolled down and Year 11 & 12 to be wearing WHITE dress shirts. with sleeves rolled down
Time: Students must report to their class teachers to have their roll taken and leave bags in classrooms (make sure students don’t bring bags to the theatre).
Allocated year groups are listed below -
ALL Staff & Year 12- Before school 8am
Primary- Period 1
Year 7 Period 2
Year 11 Period 3
Year 10 Period 4
Lunch Family and small group photos
Year 9 Period 5
Year 8 Period 6
Please Note: all Students are required to have their photo taken - required for library ID cards.
Sibling Photo Order forms can be collected from Reception and are to be returned on the day
General Information regarding School Photos: MSP Photography 4966 8292
Payments: Parents can pay for all of their children’s orders in one envelope. However each child requires their own
- envelope on photo day to ensure their order is placed and processed, even if the payment is in a sibling’s envelope
- payments can be made by online cash, cheque, or money orders only - cash,cheques and money orders need to be in the envelopes that are returned to the school on photo day
- online payments can be made through our website www.msp.com.au using Credit or Debit cards from Mastercard or Visa - the website will display an order reference code, which should be noted on the on the back
of the envelope in the box provided - each child will require their empty envelope on photo day - orders can be placed online up to one week after photo day
Envelopes: spare order envelopes are provided by the school office - these can be handed out upon request to any newstudents, or anyone that has misplaced the original Family Photo envelopes are provided for the school office to be handed out on request.
These photographs are for school aged students attending your school only (no babies or parents can be accommodated in these photographs).
Products: the products on the envelopes come as is and are the only packages that we have available - the packages cannot be altered in any way.
Photographs are delivered approximately 4 weeks after photo day.
Single Parent Families: parents can place multiple orders for children by either placing all the orders in the one envelope OR handing in multiple order envelopes, if the latter, we advise you label the envelopes as either Mums Copy or Dads Copy for accuracy.
