General Information regarding School Photos -
Flyers are due to be handed to students middle of Week 2.

Where: Theatre
Bring: Each child will still be required to bring their MSP flyer on photo day.
What to wear: FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM IS TO BE WORN. ALL students in Primary to Year 10 to be wearing MINT dress shirts with sleeves rolled down and Year 11 & 12 to be wearing WHITE dress shirts with sleeves rolled down
Time: Students must report to their class teachers to have their roll taken and leave bags in classrooms (make sure students don’t bring bags to the Hall). Allocated year groups are listed below.
Year 11, Year 12 & All Staff - Before school 8 am
Primary- Period 1
Year 7- Period 2
Year 8- Period 3
Year 10- Period 4
Lunch- Family and small group photos
Year 9- Period 5
All Students are required to have their photo taken- required for library ID cards.
Payments:
· Parents can pay for all of their children’s orders in one flyer. However each child requires their own flyer on photo day to ensure their order is placed and processed (even if the payment is in a sibling’s envelope).
· Due to the current COVID-19 climate online payments are recommended. Online payments can be made through our website www.msp.com.au using Credit or Debit cards from Mastercard or Visa. The website will display an order reference code, which should be ticked on the flyer. Each child will require their flyer on photo day. Orders can be placed online up to one week after photo day.
Flyers:
· Spare order flyers are provided for the school office. These can be handed out upon request to any new students, or anyone that has misplaced the original.
· Family Photo flyers are provided for the school office to be handed out on request. These photographs are for school aged students attending your school only (i.e. no babies or parents can be accommodated in these photographs)
Products:
· The products on the flyers come as is and are the only packages that we have available. Unfortunately the packages cannot be altered in any way.
· Photographs are delivered approximately 4 weeks after photo day.
Single Parent Families:
· Parents can place multiple orders for children by either:
o Placing all the orders on the one flyer
o Handing in multiple order flyers (they can collect a spare one from the school office and complete it as usual). If this is the chosen method, it may be worth having them label the flyer as either
“Mums Copy” or “Dads Copy”, so upon delivery the correct photo order is returned to the correct parent.
Spare copies of flyers and the sibling flyers can be collected from the Front Office.
